The following terms and
conditions to be clearly understood
Fees
 Our fees include a comprehensive training manual. Lunch and
refreshments are provided on each day. Fees do not include
overnight hotel accommodation. We have negotiated special
rates at each hotel venue for those who require overnight
accommodation
Payment
 Payment can be made by cheque payable to "The Egyptian
Training & Management Center” at any well known Bank,
Egyptian Branch. All fees are quoted and must be paid in US$
as indicated with each course in relevant table as indicated
on our website pages for the abroad training while in
Egyptian Pounds for local training. Any bank charges in
connection with payment in US$ must be added to payments.
Payment may also be made by hand over against receipt from
Egyptian Training Center (ETC) represented by the Chairman
of the center mentioned above
ETC will feed back you with a confirmation fax signed by ETC
Chairman against the fees receiving
Discounts
 A discount of 10% is given for three or more delegates from
the same company attending the same
course at the same location and dates where payment
is made at the time of booking
Booking Conditions for abroad training
All bookings must be received
at least 30 days prior to the start of the course. Payment
must accompany course bookings in order to confirm a course
place. Joining instructions will be sent on receipt of
payment.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or
longer before the start date of the course are subject to
50% refund. We regret that we cannot offer a refund for
cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the start
date of the course. Substitute delegates are welcome
Booking an Air Ticket
We can arrange for the air ticket and transportation as per
the customer written request and to be paid in advance,
relevant cost is to be defined 30 days before course start
date since the prices change according to season
